- Identify the business requirements with the help of existing documents and business needs.
- Basing on the requirements, determine which pre-delivered SAP SD functional areas to be included.
- Technical Requirements Planning like frequency of data uploads, events to be triggered (Process chains).
- Identify the end user requirements ( BEx, Workbook, Crystal Report..) and security requirements.
