SAP Compensation Management allows you to control bottom-line expenditures and offer competitive and motivating remuneration, be it fixed pay, variable pay, stock options, merit increases, or promotion – in other words, total compensation.

- HR Funds and Position Management

The HR Funds and Position Management gives you a detailed view of your personnel expenditure (personnel budget), and links this to the staff and positions in your organization.

This component allows you to finance and perform planning for persons and positions efficiently. One of the advantages of this is that you can use full-time equivalents (FTEs) to budget personnel expenditures.

- Employee Self-Service

Employee Self-Service enables your employees to create, change and view their data in your company intranet. By allowing your employees access to their data, you streamline human resources processes and enable administrative staff to concentrate on more strategic tasks.

To access their data in the company intranet, your employees must have an SAP user. The Employee Self-Service component provides the tools for you to assign users to employees. You can create new users, or use existing ones.

Manger’s Desktop helps the manager to make personnel decisions and plan strategically as the personnel data of directly or indirectly subordinate employees and the evaluation of this data is easily accessible.

- Training and Event Management

The R/3 Training and Event Management component has a wide range of powerful, user- friendly functions to enable you to plan and manage all kinds of business events from training events to conventions simply and efficiently.

- Travel Management

This component contains all the functions necessary for processing business trips from the travel request and approval to posting the travel expenses after the trip has taken place.

The integration of this component with Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO) and HR Payroll Accounting ensures that posting, taxation and payment of travel expenses are dealt with correctly.
