When supporting our users, usually got this request of
removing or changing the SAP modules output device. It quite tedious
to go through module by module to find where the Output Device was used.
Luckily, I managed to find a table that can cut down the time spend trying to locate where the output device was configured. SAP Output Devices are configured with transaction code SPAD This useful table name is NACH You can make used of tcode SE16 or SE16N to retrieve the output device information. Make use of this key to speed up your search. NACH-KAPPL – Application E1 - Inbound Delivery
V1 - Sales
NACH-LDEST - Spool: Output device
These two fields combine forms your configure table. NACH-KVEWE - Usage
of the condition table
Copy the key fields from NACH- KNUMH - Number of output condition record and paste in table e.g. B900 KSCHL is your Output Type control where you used if to configure your SAP Output Device.
With table NACH, it going save you plenty of time especially when you are in an environment where many output devices have been setup. |
