Enable IT 1005 Pay Grade Tab

Our company have configured both table T510 and T710 for MOLGA 10 (US). However, we're still unable to view the details under the 'Pay Grade tab' of infotype 1005 (Planned Comp). System is not allowing to input pay grade information in infotype 1005 for a job or position. It is not showing the fields of the 'Pay Grade' tab or 'Direct' tab. Only 'Pay Scale' tab is enabled. 

Solution:

Go to PPCI and choose 1005, change and check if these are exact settings you have. If not insert missing settings appropriately.

Notes:

Is it mandatory to use T510N if we are using T510?

T510  - Table to maintain Pay Scale Groups based on Individual Wage Types.

T510N - Table to maintain Pay Scale Groups for Annual Salaries.

This table allows for validation against a range per wage type per grade (payscale group). 

For example, If he is in Mumbai - XX Plant, he gets X amount according to his grade, if he is Mumbai-YY plant, he gets Y amount according to his grade. For this to occur, maintaining T510 will not suffice, it is required to maintain T510.

X & Y amount range can be specified.

It is advisable to maintain both the tables.
