This could happen when the SAP consultant have not yet setup the new output type for immediate print but users have already started creating the PO.
What we can do is to find a Header PO field that is blank like Your Reference under the Communication section.
Then use t-code MEMASSPO - Mass Change PO or Items to include a '.'.
Before the mass change PO output was blank.
MEMASSPO - What you need to do is to mass change the Header field Your Reference with a '.' for all those PO without the output type.
Message changed done will be display.
After your mass changed, the initial output type which you have setup will appear.
Take note that the mass change only works once when there is completely no output type.
