How to resolve inconsistency Status TECO which should
be REL in Service Order?
Answer: There is an inconsistency in the order. The system status says its TECO, but IPHAS says its REL (AFIH-IPHAS = 2 (Release)). You can use the program in the following OSS Note to find/fix the problem: Note 157070 - PM/SM order: DUMP_STATUS_INCONSYSTENCY_XXXX in saving. In brief: The system has found a status inconsistency in the data and so does not allow saving. The inconsistency can have resulted during the transaction or the order has already been saved inconsistently before. Solution: If the inconsistency already exists in the database: With the attached report check the order in test mode (parameter: Test = X). Report ZIPHAS00 displays the status the order should have after the analysis of the system status. With setting test = space the report repairs the order.
You can start the report in test mode for analysis to find other incorrect orders (run the report at night; TEST = X, and no restriction for parameter Order). Orders should only be repaired individually since the report does not lock. Then, specify the special order number in parameter Order. If the inconsistency only resulted during the session, look in the related notes whether an error description is appropriate. Otherwise report the problem with a description how the error can be reproduced to SAP. |
