Using CJBV it activates the complete project, I tried
with CJBW it deactivates complete Project. Client don't need AVAC
on 3rd Level WBS Elements.
Is there any solutions for Control on Individual WBS Elements? --- You can use the user status to deactivate the budget availability control in the WBS that you want. If there's a rule, you can automate this process, taking off the flag from the user status where you want the availability control. For example: If you have a project with 3 WBS levels, and you want that some WBS of 3th level doesn't have Availability Control. First of all, you need create a user status in OK02. You have to create a new Status Profile for your user status (If you don't have a uses status created, if you have, you have to change it). After you need associate the Object Types like "WBS Element". Because you must control your Availability Control in the WBS structure. Fill the Name of your status (for example BUDG), fill its description and go to Details. Now you have to insert the transaction control. Go to New, mark the option "Availability control" like Forbidden. Back and Save. Now you need fill this Status Profile in the Project Profile (OPSA). Open the Project profile that you want treat, insert this Status Profile that you created/changed in the field "WBS.sts. prof". Now, you need open your projects and set the user status
in the WBS that you don't want the Availability control has control. In
our example, you need open yours 3th WBS and set the status BUDG.
How to ignore the WBS level 3 with BUDG status but still have AVAC control at the superior WBS? Try to execute these transactions for your project: 1) CJEN (structure the values in the database) 2) CJBN (structure the availability control) The status should allow you spend more than your budget only in the third level. Look into your project, in the second level, in the button System/user status, choose Business Processes and verify if the availability control is activated. |
