How to create a new Project Profile?

We have a new location (company code, etc). When I enter CJ20N to create a new project I need to have a project profile for the new location available.

Answers:

Transaction OPSA.

Anyways, most of the fields are just only proposed by default by the project profile, you are supposed to be able to use any other project profile and then change company code and some other fields as you want.

How do we make the project profile changes? 

Answers:

This is not possible. You copy and create a new project profile / budget profile as required.

The existing projects still will be having the same old project profiles only, you cannot change the project profile at project definition level once it is released.

Take note:
You can only change the profile description.
You cannot change any project profiles once they are created.
You cannot even change the coding mask.

Text in different Language for Project Profile 

How to maintain text for project profile in 4 language.  When I log in into SAP in EN language, then I can maintain text in English only but I want to maintain text in German, French & Italian also. Please suggest how I can maintain text in different language for the same project profile.

Answers:

Actually one can translate the project profile name. Inside project profile (detail of a project profile inside transaction OPSA) one can using menu -> Goto -> Translation and select a language e. g. DE for translation.
