Inspection Lot Shows Different Information in QE51N / QE13 and QE03 / QA13Reproducing the Issue:
1. Go to Transaction QE51N.2. Check characteristic results details.
3. Take note of the processor, date, and time records.
4. Go to Transaction QE13.
5. Check characteristic result details. It will show the same information as in step 3.
6. Go to Transaction QE03.
7. Check the characteristic result details for the same characteristic.
8. Take note of the processor, date,
and time records. They will be different from the ones in QE51N
and QE13.
Resolution:
The reason for the different information of the characteristics in transactions QE51N / QE13 and QE03 / QA13 is as follows:Transactions QE51N / QE13 pull the information of the characteristic results from the database table QASR, while transactions QE03 / QA13 use the data from the QAMR table.
These two values can be different because a distinction is made between the valuation on the sample level and the valuation on the characteristic level.
On the physical sample level, the results record status is read from the database table field QASR-SATZSTATUS.
The results record status for the whole characteristic is read from the database table field QAMR-SATZSTATUS.
