Access The IC Webclient Interface

How do you access IC Webclient interface at the start of implementation process in SAP CRM?

---

To access the IC Webclient, you first need to have an understanding of the architecture and technology involved, which is an ABAP Workbench with an Overview of the Object Navigator Transaction code SE80.

Once you have this understanding, you can use Transaction code SE80 (object navigator) to check the URL. To do this, you need to select the BSP Application CRM_IC and then select "pages with Flow Logic". After that, you should double-click on the page "default.htm". On the right-hand side of the screen, you will see a tab called "properties". If you select this tab, you will be able to find the URL!

To check the hostname settings, you can use Transaction code SM59. This will help you ensure that the URL is correctly configured and that you can access the IC Webclient interface.

For example, let's say you want to implement SAP CRM for a new project. You have completed the initial setup and configuration of the system, and you are ready to access the IC Webclient interface. To do this, you would first go to Transaction code SE80 and select the BSP Application CRM_IC. From there, you would select "pages with Flow Logic" and double-click on the page "default.htm". This will take you to the properties tab, where you will be able to find the URL.

Once you have the URL, you can use Transaction code SM59 to check the hostname settings and ensure that everything is configured correctly. By following these steps, you will be able to access the IC Webclient interface and start working on your SAP CRM implementation project.
