SAP Fonts Printing Example Chinese Fonts

Why cannot print special characters like Chinese fonts on my printers? 

There are 2 things to check on whether users were able to print out special characters on their printer. 

Firstly, SAPScripts (same for Smartforms) must support the Chinese, Thai or Korea fonts.

Next to check is your Output Device, you need to use the Device Type that support the special characters fonts in this case is CNSAPWIN for printing Chinese characters. 

The criteria are the same for converting the forms to PDF format.
