SAP Table Reference for Purchasing Document History

EKBE — Purchasing Document History

The main table containing all historical events for PO items (GR, IR, reversals, delivery costs, etc.).

Key Functional Fields

Section 1

Currency Fields (Foreign + Local)

Field Meaning
WRBTR Amount in Document Currency (foreign currency – usually PO currency)
DMBTR Amount in Local Currency (company code currency)
WAERS Document Currency (PO currency)

PO Item and Header Tables

These are not "history" tables but always involved.

EKKO — PO Header

  • WAERS — PO currency
  • WKURS — Exchange rate

EKPO — PO Item

  • Item-level currency fields are inherited from EKKO.

Delivery Cost History Table

EKBZ — Purchase Document History (Delivery Costs)

Goods Movement Tables (Used With EKBE)

GR details come from MSEG/MKPF; currency is taken from EKBE.

MSEG — Material Document Item

(does not store currency fields)

Key joins:

  • MSEG.MBLNR = EKBE.BELNR
  • MSEG.ZEILE = EKBE.BUZEI

MKPF — Material Document Header

Contains posting date and document header data.
