The % Warning is the percentage
when system stop creating new PR.
- Take note that the Warning is
actually an error message that will stop the system from creating any new
PR.
Set is as 3-5%, when error happened, quickly reduced it to 1-2% so that system can continue creating new PR while you make the configure change to extend or create a new sets of number range.
