A user created sales order 1050
with reference to an inquiry, but during delivery, the user received an
error stating that copy control is missing for AF TAN.

is a mismatch between the delivery type and delivery item category assignment.
When creating a delivery, the system determines the item category based on settings in the item category determination table for the delivery type, item category group, item usage, and higher-level item. Item Category Usage: There are two usages available for delivery document main and sub-items: Order & Delivery: Main item (PSHP), Sub-item (PSEL) Order Only: Main item (PSA1), Sub-item (PSA2) Procedures: Assigning Main Item Category: Enter the delivery type, item category group, and usage codes. Leave the higher-level item blank and enter the new delivery main item category in the default item category field. Assigning Sub-Item Category: Enter the delivery type, item category group, usage codes, and higher-level (main) item category. Enter the new delivery sub-item category in the default item category field. |
