Have been asked many times how to print and email to the user at the same time.
There is a simple way to do this using the standard SAP method through the background schedule job function.
Program RSNAST00 can be setup to print the output type condition as a Background job with a Spool List Recipient.
If you need to send to multiple emails, you can use transaction code SO23 to create a group email distribution list.
Depending on your user requirement frequency, you can setup the background job to run every 1 to 5 minutes.
Your SAP Output Type condition type to print parameters:
1) Transmission Media = 1 Print Out
2) Despatch Time = 1 Send with periodically scheduled
