One of the easiest way to upload the scale pricing is via the tcode LSMW
You can refer here for the steps required if you are new to LSMW
For tcode recording for Batch Input Recording, used transaction VK15 or XK15
Take note to enter Scale Quantity = 0, Amount = 0 at the last row depending on the maximum row that your user need to enter so that the scale fields will appear. For example, the user maximum scale data is from 1 to 3 row, so I will create the transaction code batch recording with the maximum row.
In your LSMW
Under the Maintain Field Mapping and Conversion Rules, you will need to Assign Source Field as per the Excel column.
In your Excel:
Arrange the scale pricing in column after all the main columns, for example:
CnTy Condition table SOrg. DChl Material SaTy Valid From Valid To Scale1 Amt1 Scale2 Amt2 Scale3 Amt3.....etc.
I find it much easier if I build the LSMW using line by line with the number of scale amount at the end.
Save the Excel as Text (Tab delimited)
You are done and test it with 2 rows of data before proceeding with your mass sales order scale pricing upload.
