One of our Chinese users
found that when using VA01, VA02 and VA03, the sales
order did not display the Customer name and address as per input.
--- Upon investigation, these logics seems to impact countries that maintain Customer Master with International version. If the Customer Master country code is 'CN' and the SAP User ID is 'CN', then system will display the Customer address as 'Chinese' (your own country language input). When the Customer Master country code is 'CN' and the SAP User ID is from another country like Indonesia 'ID', then system will display the Customer Master International version address as 'English'. Sound kind of messy but that is how the SAP system logic decides which language to be displayed on the Sales order, Quotation etc. screen. SU01D to check the user default Country You need to request the Basis Administrator to change the Company address if you don't have the authorization. |
